Peter Cruz. Owner of Foothill Tek is the most disrespectful business owner I have ever met. He is never open. Never responds to clients. Total scam artist. I would not recommend this business you will regret it and have nothing but headaches. I have bought many products from Peter just wanting to shop local. Never get what you paid for and he never produces warranty's for any of the products.

Peter responded to my request on our local Facebook forum. My techie husband was quite impressed with his knowledge. My husband took the computer to him on Thursday morning and continued to be impressed. Despite having to order a new battery, the computer was ready on Friday afternoon. Such a wonderful experience! (And the price charged was quite reasonable.)

I am so grateful to Peter for helping me with my computer recently. I appreciate the job he did and not having to pay and arm and leg. He also fixed something for me recently and didn't even charge me. Woohoo! It is also comforting to know that we have Foothill Tek within walking distance. No need to go anywhere else.

My pc laptop's battery was not charging and I couldn't determine if it was the charging cord or the portal. I took my pc here and within 5 minutes they told me it was likely my charging cord. Didn't charge me. Could have charged me. I am a huge fan. As it turns out, I ordered a new charging cord and they were spot on with their diagnosis. I would return in a flash with another pc issue!

This store has poor customer service. When I gave my phone to the man he did not fix the problem and broke my home button. Then, he blamed the home button problem on me. He offered no solution to or problem and now my phone is more broken than it was before.
Additionally, atmosphere of the store is unwelcoming. I will not be taking my business here ever again. Would give 0 stars if I could.

After continually being screwed over by Greek squad for the simplest of jobs and having them basically trying to charge me the price of a new laptop just to fix my screen or touchpad I was told about FoothillTEK from my wife friend and a coworker and what do I think of FoothillTEK.

What a relief!! Alan and his team came to our rescue when our Apple crashed.
Within a couple of days we were back in business....literally!
They presented us with solid options at very competitive rates. We opted to upgrade our hard drive to a solid state hard drive and it's been fantastic! More efficient, more quiet and no more moving parts making it in the long run much more reliable.
Alan even stayed after closing hours for us to pick up our computer from their shop. Sadly, that type of service doesn't happen often in Los Angeles!! So grateful to have them here in Sierra Madre. Will

My iPad crack. It was small but still a crack. I dropped it off Fri late afternoon and they had it ready by Sat AM. Both times I was in there they were helping other people and you can tell they really care and take pride. Outstanding customer service. Prices are totally reasonable for the work they do.

I had an AV installation from 2005 that Peter quickly assessed and modernized with wonderful new equipment. He took a giant shopping bag of obsolete wires out of my system and made it 2014 compatible. As a result of his work, I got more ease of use with my expansive AV system. My MacBook Pro's screen went black. I wondered if it could be repaired and decided to try the new computer repair place in town, Foothill Tek. I wanted to repair it if I could (even at 10 yrs old).
