They are the pros to call when the other pros fail! We have very tall windows in our loft and our Somfy shades were installed incorrectly, and troubleshooting and fixing the shades was not easy for us because of the window height. The Somfy manufacturer connected us with Motorized Window Treatments as THE experts to fix our issues. And they did! Our installer Matthew was a gem and incredibly knowledgeable about everything Somfy. He fixed our wiring, removed superglue from ourshades (I can't even...), and helped reprogram our shades. Now they are wonderful and we LOVE our windows so much!

FAST, RELIABLE and very PROFESSIONAL! I have had my motorized darkening shades for a few years. No trouble, easy maintained, and I can even control the shade through Alexa. Any questions I have or had were answered completely and efficiently. Several of my friends have used this company and are completely satisfied. News is spreading.

I placed and order with Motorized Window Treatments after speaking with one of their in office sales associates. The entire process from point of sale through the install was top notch. I highly recommend using this company. The process was simple and they are willing to work around your schedule to ensure a smooth install process. I definitely will be using this company for my future home improvement window treatment projects.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE company. Full of attitude. NEVER USE THEM!! This company did a poor install on my home and then refuse to service the blinds, so whatever you buy, you are stuck with. I've held my tongue now for a long time because they are one of the ONLY people in the business. But you sell your soul to the DEVIL when you deal with this company. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!
