HUGE disappointment. We made our reservations online 3 months in advance for a deluxe cabin. Checking in on a Thursday and staying for a week. Their reminder emails said check in for cabins was at 3:00 pm . After a 12 hour drive, we arrived at 4:00 pm. No one was at the office and the door was locked. There were 4 phone numbers on the door to call. We called all 4…not one of them answered. We decided to go to our cabin…the door was unlocked so we went in. The cabin wreaked of bleach, but there was nothing deluxe about it. There was no heat. Just a single space heater. Finally, at 5:30 someone

Loaded with mosquitoes!!!!!!! We booked a deluxe RV site only to find out that nothing is deluxe but the mosquitoes! Short staff so the store and office are always closed so you can’t sign in or out, buy wood etc! No cable at any sites in the campground, broken down old picnic tables definitely not a campground that’s been taken care of. Would not recommend and definitely will not go back! They need to spray for mosquitoes and put money into the campground to keep people coming! Very disappointed

My friends and I were very excited to stay at the glamping tents for the holiday weekend. We booked 3 glamping tents until one person in my group was sick the day before check in and tested positive for covid. We called the office and they told us that we could have a full refund due to Covid and since two others were exposed as well. Later that day I was told we would not get a refund as there was not two weeks notice but that we still shouldnt come because someone was exposed. I cannot explain our frustrations as we either wanted a full refund or the remainder of us wanted to still camp. The

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend and the campground was quiet and the river access was nice.
Now to the reasons I’ll never return.
1. No true reservations. Sites are picked first come first serve. This is not noted anywhere on their website or when making reservations. We were traveling with family and upon arrival the only sites that were left that were side by side were cramped. My in-laws camper was within inches of a tree on one side and the awning was only about two feet from the next sites camper. Their camper has no slides!
2. It’s has insufficient power. It was a cool Memorial

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. A friend had gotten us a cabin at a discount and we were super excited for a long weekend away. We love camping, just don’t have a camper at this present time. About 2 weeks ago, I received notification, that we were going to have to pay full price now because the owner didn’t like the fact they had so many cabins booked under the discounted rate.
I am sorry that’s not how you do business. And we won’t be visiting this campground EVER!

This is not an RV resort by any stretch of the imagination. It's a so-so campground where RVs are stacked on top of each other and the ground is dirt and sap that will screw up your rugs, shoes, and just about anything else. Customer service was decent. They worked to get the new washers and dryers installed when I desperately needed them. Campers needing full hookups can't go down by the river view because there's no sewer down there.
Overall, it's not a bad place, but it isn't an RV resort, and I wish campgrounds wouldn't call themselves a resort when they lack what I consider "resort" amenities
