I reached out to LA Sewer very last Minute to inspect a home we are in the process of purchasing and Melissa was able to get back to me and fit me into the next day's schedule (MIRACLE!) -- she and I spoke quickly and she shared all the necessary information. The next day, Anthony & Nick came out --they were on time, very professional and got right to work even though I had multiple inspections going on at once. I received a text when they completed the inspection and I went out to connect with them - they explained everything and had the report & video over to me the same day. FABULOUS! Definitely

Nicholas did an awesome sewer inspection of a 100 year old home we were purchasing. He went over the pros and cons of the various sewer line materials the property had (clay, plastic, concrete). He knows what he is doing. He is an encyclopedia/wiki pedia in his area. Brilliant inspector! I will hire him again. I will also refer him to my friends and contacts.

We are in escrow for a house and Williams Sewer Line provided an inspection of the sewer line for us. Everything was done on time and according to expectations. The report was also very thorough and the engineer provided answers to all of our questions until we understood the inspection.
If I could give 9/10 I would because our inspection required 200 feet of camera, but the engineer did not have that available. It's an unusually long sewer so I wouldn't hold it against them very much.
