We had an issue with sewage suddenly backing up into our yard. I called many places but Mr Sewer Rooter was the quickest to respond and have someone out almost immediately. They were friendly, quick, and gave me a rundown of what went wrong and how to do a much more permanent fix (we had a tree growing into a clay pipe that was blocking up the path to the city hookup). They also gave me a competitive quote for that work whenever we decide to go ahead with the work.

Robert and his team are a remarkable group of people and they deserve all the 5 stars in the world.
We purchased a property in Los Angeles county that had severe root intrusion which needed to be addressed desperately. They made a game plan and got an estimate to us while explaining the process in detail (because I was curious of the process.) We went with a HDPE pipe bursting system for the pipe that ran at the front of the property. They clay pipe running to the city main was in great shape but we had them put a liner in just to future proof the whole system.

Louis came to hydrojet my sewer line. He came just before the appointed time and was very friendly, fast and efficient. When he was finished, he showed me the camera feed and identified the areas in the line where the root intrusions occurred and were cleared out. Thank you Louis! Highly recommended.

We just finished the liner installation in the clay pipe and partial cast iron pipe replacement. Thanks to Robert and Hugo, the job was done very fast in two days. The new tech liner and 4" HDPE pipe are very appealing. I hope it could last long time so we don't need worry about the sewer problem in the long run. If you need to fix your sewer problem, I highly recommend this company.

These guys are great! Mr. Sewer Rooter fixed my original sewer line issues and now they come once a year for maintenance.
Henry and Victor were over this morning to maintain my sewer line and help with some interior plumbing issues. They really take such pride in their work making sure that it was done right. After the job they cleaned up their work area. Always with a smile on their face and plenty of enthusiasm. After the job this morning, I took this photo of Henry and Victor in front of their beautiful van!

Incredible work done by Robert team.
I called him on a Thursday at 4pm to come and install a clean-out to finish a line inspection to sell the house.
Robert told me his price right away and he could come Friday at 11am.
Henry showed up at 11am sharp the Friday.
Worked all day to dig about 4.5'.
Was too late to complete the job Friday so he came back Saturday at 8am with Robert and his tools as they had a hard time locating the pipe precisely.
At 2pm everything was done, clean and good to go.
Price on the invoice was the one given over the phone.
