What a wonderful experience from start to finish. While it was bad news that I had a mold and moisture problem this team was stellar!.
Harvey the gentleman who made initial contact and provided the quote explained everything he found with pictures and gave us options to choose from (we went full encapsulation). Great first impression!!
Matt the project manager was always there to answer questions and communicated exactly what would happen for each step of the project, beginning to end.
Matt's team, led by David and assistants Donovan and Ahmed were in constant communication each day of the project

Matt, Harvey and their team were a great help in fixing our crawlspace problems. They were very diligent, clean, punctual and hardworking. It was great meeting the guys and the finished product has helped our home immensely. We had water under the house from ground table and the guys pumped out water and mud for 2 straight days and didn’t complain once. They installed a sump pump, dehumidifier and remediate all mold present. On top of that they installed a tpo membrane and sealed it under the house. I recommend them to anyone looking for crawlspace help.

I highly recommend PES for your mold remediation needs! I own a house with a mother-in-law suite off of the back. PES was willing to do two separate air quality tests; one for the back one for the front, both free of charge. Results of each were different and they came back on three occasions to find the source of the problem also free of charge! Shane and Chad were knowledgeable and explained everything they did. I felt like they really cared about what was going on in my home. Easy to talk to and trustworthy, just the kind of companies I like to deal with. I say yes to PES!

I purchased a property downtown that had some structural issues with the foundation. I was referred by a neighbor who used Palmetto Environmental and he said that they did great structural work for him and to work with Matt.
One of the reps came by and did an inspection of the crawl space and was extremely professional and I could tell that he knew what he was talking about when it came to crawl spaces and foundations. A few hours later I had a bid for the job that was very reasonable and I decided to move forward with the work.
After the work was completed, I had my own structural engineer take

I cannot say enough good things about Palmetto Environmental Solutions. Living in the Low Country, crawl spaces are always going to be a source of contention for home owners. I knew I had an issue that needed to be addressed but had no idea what the best course of action was.
