I needed some well water samples tested, so I called many days ahead to find the price for the testing and to see what the procedure was to get the samples to the laboratory. From the start, the response was pretty slow and I kept getting Email asking why I wanted the testing done. I was honest with my reply and apparently they were spooked by one of the tests I wanted. I finally said to test for the substances I wanted and to forget the other test. For some reason they refused to do the tests and said they could not help me.
