Megan and Stacey Valnes met in 2003 and opened their own independent brokerage in 2004, leading them on a wild and wonderful ride of real estate adventures. They started from humble beginnings, working out of their garage in Sunset Park, but through inspired action and a hard yet smart work ethic, they have grown into the most successful independent real estate boutique on the west side.

Stacey sold houses in Venice for two of my friends. One house had been on the market for 3 months with another realtor with no showings. Stacey staged it and sold it in 10 days. He had his guys repaint and fix up our house in Venice. After staging, it sold in 5 days - all cash, over asking and in the middle of Covid lockdown. He doesn't use forms or formulas as each house is unique to him. You can't go wrong if you pick him as your agent.

We used Stacey and the Valnes Bell Team to sell our condo and then buy a house. It was a complicated process because we wanted to basically have the sale and purchase happen simultaneously.
