This store is WOW! My aunt is a retired professional baker and told me about this store. If you need cake related items, from baking pans to specialty baking/decorating tools to decorations, this is your store! Staff was very friendly & helpful. The store stocks items that are hard to find anywhere else. They have a good variety of cake decorations, themed cake decoration sets, premade icing flowers (all sizes, shapes & colors), packaged cake fillings, and even packaged icing . They also offer cake decorating classes!

Every time I’ve come to purchase edible prints, the staff takes a incredibly long time. They can never seem to size my prints to my liking. Regardless of knowing they print incorrectly, they offer no alternative or solution to resolve the printing issue. Additionally, it seems that every time I have gone, the staff seems uncaring and offer zero assistance. I’m almost afraid to ask for any assistance in fear that I’m bothering them. Diane was working and was the one to greet me, she was very nice and made sure to let me know to have to hesitation to ask her anything. She was very helpful and kind. She was very knowledgeable too. The store was clean and very organized. The selections of sprinkles, packaging, flavor essences and so much more was abundant! They also have a rewards system for frequent customers. I signed up and definitely going back!
