I have recently experienced some concerns due to an oil leak in my 97 truck. I searched Google for positive reviews and decided to try out H&W and was thrilled with my experience! Nick and Virgil made a stressful car problem easy. Not only did they work with my schedule to allow me to come on my day off, but they determined the problem and repaired it all in the same day. A huge thank you to Virgil, Nick and the entire crew for working so hard to make sure that we got the most out of our visit and that our truck was in great shape mechanically. They have worked on many different vehicles of ours and each time have exceeded our expectations. Most people won't take the time to check other things while they are working on the vehicle much less try to find more cost effective ways to get the work done without sacrificing quality. I'm a marketer by trade; you rarely see this many 5 star reviews. Let me say: each star is well deserved. The staff is very nice and helpful. I had an oil leak that Virgil fixed in mere minutes, taking time out of a busy day to help me, at no charge. Wow...just wow. I almost look forward to my next car issue so I can go back. (Just kidding, car gods.)

I went looking for the best auto repair in the city and stumbled across H&W on Google. I saw they had a 5 star review and decided to trust it. I was NOT disappointed. They took great care of my SUV, did exactly the work they said and did it within a reasonable time for a reasonable price. I haven't been this happy with a service in a long time. I had a 2015 Volvo that unexpectedly and for the first time appeared to have an engine issue. It was towed to the Volvo dealership first, where I was told that the crank shaft had come apart, and it needed a new engine. I was quoted almost $7,000 for the labor and a used engine. I wanted a second opinion, so I had the car towed to H&W. They were prepared to order a replacement engine for my car, but they were adamant that they themselves needed to come to the conclusion a replacement engine was needed before they would order it.
