Rice Dental is one of the most trustworthy and conscientious medical offices I’ve ever dealt with. Dr. Scott is a fantastic dentist who does great work and she has incredible bedside manner. However, their administrative team is the real star of the show. Jackie works harder than anyone I’ve ever met in a medical office to stay in touch with their patients and give transparent information about insurance. She’s a great communicator, and has helped my wife and I with getting information to other practices and all around made paperwork and insurance easy. I highly recommend them.

Dr Rice said I had too many teeth to clean all at once so I had to come back twice for a deep clean. When I got the bill for which they claimed to have done multiple procedures after insurance, the assistant said “Your insurance is weird” and proceeded to tell me that she will send the invoice to collection if I didn’t pay. Not a great place to get your teeth cleaned

We moved to the area and I searched for a good while before finding Dr. Rice. Well worth the wait! Dr. Rice is an incredible dentist. I needed some work done to get my teeth healthy and Dr. Rice created a dental plan for me. She went through everything to ensure that I understood the treatments.
For the first time in many years, my teeth are pain free! Dr. Rice is very approachable and answered my many questions about my teeth. I'm also doing Invisalign and very happy with the results so far.

I recently went to Rice Dental and had a great experiences. The office is super cute and clean but what I loved about the office the most was how homey and comfortable it made me feel. I was able to get a last minute appointment with ease. I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Rice made me feel very comfortable. She was honest and got straight to the point. There was no pushing me to add extra unnecessary procedures. I also really appreciated the timeliness of the appointment. I wasn't waiting in the waiting room for 10-20mins like other offices I've been to. My cleaning and X-rays

I needed to have some dental work done so I called my dentist only to find that she was no longer in practice and a new dentist, Dr. Rice, had taken over. I was able to get in to see her that very same day and it was a great experience. I had a cavity that was causing me discomfort and I had also lost two crowns over the past six months and neglected to do anything about it until now. Dr. Rice was extremely professional and a lovely person.She did a thorough examination and took a complete set of xrays, filled the cavity and even did a full cleaning on my first visit.
