Purchased an engagement ring. Comparable rings at local stores were anywhere from 20-50% higher cost. This allowed me to get a much nicer ring within my budget. Purchased a beautiful 1.3 diamond pendant necklace. The end product is gorgeous, but I ended up purchasing my own chain since the chain it came with was rather flimsy. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars, I had an online conversation with a rep about the chain and was reassured it would be sufficient. The site is definitely geared more towards rings so navigation was a little cumbersome, but an online chat feature made it easier.

I would not recommend the at home try on for a variety of reasons. Customer service & experience is critical to the success of a company in the engagement ring business. After my second try on, I sent my rings back with the label given by the company, & it didn't have shipment tracking. Because I had tried on a few, I was finally down to the last try on before purchase. Assuming my order made it back, I ordered my last round. I first found the lab-made diamond I wanted using RareCarat.com to narrow down my options to just the cut, clarity, color and size we wanted, which led me to With Clarity. Anyone who says that this affects the workers of that industry that has been at the Forefront of many debates, movies, deaths, greed, countries being taken over is probably a stock owner in said company that sounds like the Bears! I purchased 2 Princess Cut diamonds (1/3 carat each) from With Clarity to be mounted as earrings. The diamonds were sold as a set and equally matched in quality. It was very convenient and much appreciated to be able to buy them as a set.
The stones are just as advertised and even more gorgeous in person. Their GIA certification is amazing. They list every detail about the diamond down to the smallest flaw. Each diamond also came with it's own GIA certificate. I would gladly purchase from this company again. This was my first purchase but definitely not my last!

Be sure to read the UNCLEAR return policies and ask questions before purchasing! They change the return policy details as they see fit. They have hidden details that they don't explain on their website. There is no where on the website that explains if you remove the setting from the diamond that you can not return the diamond. Hours are short, closed on weekends and some of the sales associates are short and dry. I also asked them before they shipped because it was taking so long to please remove the setting and I received no response to remove the ring and setting and then after the ring

Update: I noticed that a couple of the prongs on my ring didn't look very secure, so I had it checked at a local jeweler (before going through the hassle of shipping it back). I was told the original setting of the stone was not done well, and not to wear the ring as it was because there was a chance of losing my diamond. The only way to fix it properly was to get a whole new head of prongs and reset it completely. I was told only one of the four prongs was done correctly. I am having the local jeweler do the repair because I'm not confident it would be done correctly if I sent it back

Ordered my ring through RateCarat.com (a diamond search engine), With Clarity was the company. I was interested in lab diamonds and found the right stone. My stone was half the price of the next stones mainly because the color grade was K. I know to the person reading this, it would appear that it's really yellow but I promise it isn't. The inclusion grade was VS1. I wanted a Bezel setting because I wanted something friendly to wearing gloves (prongs often rip gloves). They did not have bezel setting as one of the options but RareCarat immediately contacted With Clarity to ask for a

This company really has an issue of caring their customers. Be very very careful of dealing with them because if they ever made any mistakes, they will not take any responsibilities or ever try to make it right.
My diamond was a 3 carat oval but they send this 3.67 pear diamond classification letter to me. Even this is considered an additional report, but clearly there is a mistakes there.
There are two possibilities, 1. mine doesn't have this report, 2. they mistakenly lost or sent mine to others. However, they claimed they never keep any dates or records about what reports their diamond

Got my engagement ring from them last month. Great experience, albeit a little apprehensive ordering online. I ordered through an intermediary, Rare Carat. Rare Carat represents top jewelers all over the country. "With Clarity" is from New York and had many beautiful stones and Settings. The order was placed with Rare Carat and fulfilled by With Clarity.
Their follow up and documentation was on time (per their spec) and easy to follow. The ring was delivered on time along with my requested appraisal and a GIA cert for the stone.

Finding the right diamond was months of research. I cant lie, I was skeptical about purchasing jewelry online, but with COVID-19 everything seems to be an uncertainty. I took the chance and was extremely impressed. So was she.

I was apprehensive to do this at first because it is a big purchase but I am delighted with the outcome. I went to Tiffany's and it was a tough experience because I really had no clue and no real budget. All of the stores in the malls did not have the stone I wanted and the size. When I found 'with clarity' I could play around with the settings, sizes, diamond type till I found something without having to ask a sales person to pull out hundreds of rings.
I would recommend looking at rings in the store and finding the design you like then creating it on the website.

We're not talking about buying potatoes here. It's a big purchase, once in a life-time. Why risk it on a shady company?
This place was originally called Fourmine, just a few months ago.
All of a sudden out of nowhere, without any warning, they just changed the entire company name to "With Clarity". All the logos, names, everything was changed overnight, with any explanation.
Would Apple change their name to "With Quality" overnight? No way. Only a shady hot dog joint in a back alley would
