Mountain West Trailer is phenomenal. I needed a trailer as I was picking up a sxs in Utah and driving from Colorado. They didn’t have the trailer I wanted in stock when I called a week before but Drew was able to contact the manufacturer and get one just in time for me to pick it up. Everything worked out perfect and the customer service and prices where both top notch. I will shop here for all my trailer needs and recommend it to anyone looking for a trailer.

By far the best customer service experience we have ever had with a trailer dealer. We have had to call twice in regards to mistakes we made registering the trailer we purchased from Mountain West. Both times staff went above and beyond to help us, when they didn't have to. They are quite a drive from us, but future purchases l, we are willing to drive the extra hours for such a great quality experience.

TJ and Drew took good care of me in the process of purchasing my Iron Bull 10K dump trailer. I had been calling around the state and if you could find these anywhere else, no one could come close to touching Mountain West's price. They answered all the questions I called them about so I made my way to Heber and was in and out within an hour. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a trailer head straight to MWT and I'll be back for any other trailer needs.

Really simple process. I called about the trailer I was interested in, filled out a financing application, and the next day I drove over to Heber and picked up my dump trailer. Solid pricing and great customer service. I was in and out of their office in about 20 minutes. Thanks to Jason for helping me get the trailer I was looking for.

Worst customer service experience in a long time. Im really not that hard to please and I was not expecting much when they service my older trailer. Horrible repairs and even worse customer service. Never been treated so poorly by a heber business. I am going to be buying a new trailer soon and it definitely won't be from these guys. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere but here for any servicing needs.

Iam from Colorado n needed a trailer for my snowmobile. Let’s just say Iam very particular with anything I buy n how a business treats me. They were a 2 hour drive from Logan for me n worth every mile I drove. The nicest people I ever did a transaction with n being 62 I have done plenty. They were patient with me n very knowledgeable n helpful. They actually kept me from buying things I didn’t need. That’s a first for me!! Use this company if you want quality n great service
