I hired Mark for a difficult case involving my ex-husband who owed back child support and lives in Mexico. Because it’s dealing with someone in another country their rules and laws are different. He quickly set about hiring a P.I. to locate my ex so he could be served. Long story short I was able to receive the judgement against him and he’s agreed to pay me what he owes. Mark even called the court to get it signed by the judge ASAP so there was no chance for him to back out.

I contacted Mr. Means for some legal help in a business dispute. He was very diligent and empathetic towards my case. We met and went over the case. My GO TO ATTORNEY!!! I came home and my spouse had left with the kids, the furnishings, empty the bank accounts, etc. I was devastated and never saw it coming. Over the course of 8 months Mark got me half of every thing back, primary custody of kids, child support dated back to date of filing with the courts (thousands of dollars) and the right to move out of state with my kids! It was tremendous result! I will ALWAYS call him when and if I need help... No other attorney can do what he did! I own him!

Mark was hired to handle my family law domestic case. The case was divorce, custody, child support, high conflict, asset debt division back in 2008 and then again n 2016. BOTH times he was exemplary. Wonderful to work with. I could text, call, email and he was accessible, realistic, professional, courteous and patient with me. I would ONLY hire Mark Means of Means Law Office, PLLC when it comes to my family! My fiance and I hired Mark to write a cohabitation agreement. He took a $2500 "retainer" from us. My emails to him were often ignored and I had to repeatedly followup with him to get him to respond - often weeks going by and no reply. Each time it was the same excuse "I was in court". I understand that our job was small compared to some of his other clients but we could have at least received the courtesy of a response - saying I'll get back to you Xxxx.
Although he did finish our agreement it was later than originally agreed upon and we have not received any invoice

At first Mr. Means presented himself as a confident get the job done type of attorney and sold himself through a great sales pitch. Upon retaining Mr. Means, for both of my cases, we came up with a plan of attack and he started out getting things filed in our case right away as we discussed. As a couple of weeks went on, he became harder to get a hold of, he would take longer to respond to emails, and would take even longer to return phone calls. I sent him an email expressing my concerns on communication and he agreed that he would do better and to at least acknowledge my emails when I had questions
