Called them when our old ac quit cooling. They came out within 1 hour fixed the problem. Our ac was 16 years old., so we bought a new system. They installed it the day. I will recommend this company highly. Salvador was very helpful and courteous.

All five star reviews of this place are correct. I found this place on FB. I gave them a call and they came out and gave me a free quote. The price was so great I went with them. These guys are very punctual. I scheduled a time for a Saturday between 8 and 10. I woke up at around 830 and saw part of the crew already waiting. Then the Nova Air van came around 9am. After about 30 minutes of setting up they began work at 930. Salvador said the job should take around 5 hours. They were done in 4. That includes clean up. These guys are great. After a rocky start (appointment scheduled for Monday between 2-4 pm, rescheduled to be there by 6pm & then got a call that traffic was bad, so I requested a reschedule).
Rescheduled for Tuesday 8-10 am...arrived shortly before 9
Hector & his partner came in & completed the work. Hector was very competent & professional. He took the time to discuss my concerns & put my mind at ease.
His partner (Javier??) dealt with the exterior of the house & continually tried to "up sell"...tried to sell me new air filters, as well as, get me to "drum up" business

We turned on our A/C for the first time after winter, and noticed that a very bad smell was coming from the vents. I found Nova Air through Yelp, and gave them a call. They were able to send someone over the very next morning, and they identified lots of different issues with our system, and took the time to explain the causes of the smell, and things we could do to avoid it in the future. Received a install inside and out yesterday. They were on time and completed everything in a timely manner. They explained everything that was completed and answered any questions I had before leaving. Very professional and cleaned up after work was completed. Pricing was very reasonable.
