John was timely returning my inquiry. He answered my questions with patience, and took time to reassure me that the job would be as I expected. He arrived on time, and with everything required to complete the job. There were no surprises, no fingerprints on the upholstery, and no toolmakers on the door panel. Everything went back together just as it was, and there is really no way to tell that glass has been replaced, other than looking at the manufacturer markings. Clearly a talented guy, with lots of experience. I talked with other vendors, and was convinced that he would be best. A fair price

Having got a small ding in my windshield, I started shopping around to see what it might cost and how quickly it could be done.
I gave A to Z a call around 10:15am, John quickly returned my call and said he could be at my house in 45 minutes. Now, to be fair, I got lucky that John had an appointment in the area and was able to squeeze me in, but the fact that he was willing to be flexible made for a great customer service experience.
By 11:30am, my car was back in the garage with a like-new looking windshield. Not only that, but it came in

This was one of the easiest vehicle repairs I've ever experienced. Booking everything online was simple and easy. Costs were upfront and entering your vehicle model was precise and easy to tackle. They called when they were on the way to my home and replaced the windshield so quickly and efficiently, it was easy and great! I recommend A to Z Auto Glass to install your windshield. John was highly professional, called ahead before he came, showed up on time, replaced the glass quickly (approximately 30 minutes), and left everything clean. He explained what I needed to do the next day as well as the warranty that came with the glass and his service. A professional installation from beginning to end, and I didn't even have to take my vehicle anywhere and wait. Thanks John!
