We welcome you to year-round peace and quiet and privacy. Located on the north side of Florence, Oregon, we are a short 5 minute walk to Heceta Beach. From there you can walk for miles on the beach. Centrally located on the Oregon Coast. Lighthouses, Beautiful Coastal drives, Beaches, Dunes, Covered Bridges, Old Town charm and all the Coast has to offer are within easy reach.
On the premises, we have very clean restrooms, showers, laundry facilities and all the amenities you would expect. Each site has a picnic table and fire ring. The natural, coastal plant life (Huckleberry & Salal Berries and Coastal Pine) thrive throughout the park. This provides our large sites with privacy for our guests.

Services
A fishing village nestled along the Siuslaw River, Historic Old Town Florence offers picturesque and walkable riverfront, dining, galleries and shops. The most beautiful drive on the Oregon Coast is between Florence and Newport. Its only a 40 Mile drive, but will take 4 hours because the number of stops you will take to capture the stunning scenic views.

This was our favorite RV park on our three week coastal journey. We reserved one night and ended up staying three. The sites are peaceful, well-kept and have fire rings. The restrooms are clean with nice hot showers. The beach and a fun little pub are just a short walk away. We especially liked the staff. Mike and the other staff we encountered were welcoming, super helpful and just nice people. And... a shipwrecked skeleton. How did they know??? We will definitely be back!

This park is amazing. My wife and I are staying here for a month and have no complaints. The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. After reading some of the one star reviews, I felt I had to leave a real one that describes a normal experience. The cell phone reception isn’t the best but they have WiFi. There’s a gym, laundry and nice store within the campground.
If you want to venture off on foot you can find a neat loca pub or the amazing Oregon coast within walking distance. I recommend going to the beach as much as possible.
I would stay here anytime!

Super clean and well taken care of park and facilities! The crew are friendly and very knowledgeable about the must see and do in the area. We enjoyed the 5 minute walk to the beach and lovely sounds of the ocean from our site! The stars are amazing at night and the park is very peaceful. Highly recommend staying here:)

Very nice rv park. Plenty of trees providing shade with bushes and shrubs providing a little privacy between spaces. Pads aren paved but are nice and level gravel. Staff are nice and friendly. Nice convenience store on site as well as propane. Nice secure restrooms with shores that are kept clean. Look forward to going there again.

Wonderful RV Park only .4 miles from the beach. Very quiet and nestled in beautiful, mature trees that offer privacy for your site and protection from the coast wind when it picks up. Everything is clean and maintained. The owners are warm and helpful-called other RV Parks to help us find a spot when we had no reservations. We returned the next day for the site they set aside for us! They deserve five stars plus!

The people that work here are awesome! They worked really hard to get us a site for a 16 night stay, when my wife called 2 months ago. The park is really conveniently located, 5 minute walk to the beach, and 8 minute drive into downtown Florence. This is our second trip here, and we almost never go to the same place twice. Thanks to the people that work here!

First I have to say the location is gorgeous, only minutes walk from the beach. You can literally hear the ocean right from your camper at night. The complaint I have, however, is about the noise we hear at night, or rather 24 hours, from the harbor. We asked the staff what the noise was about, and they answered it was fog horn, to warn incoming vessels of fog conditions. We had expected someplace to be quiet and peaceful for a vacation, nothing like pay to be disturbed. Well, I saw some other campers mentioned about the dirt campgrounds and dusty driveways, and WIFI is very sporadic depending

This park is in a great location but the 5 stars is due to the staff. Every single person I interacted with was helpful and friendly. Sites were private and spacious, separated with shrubbery. The park was spotless, flowers and landscaping were beautiful and well cared for. Bathroom, shower and laundry were very clean. Convenient to shopping and hiking; 0.4 miles walk to gorgeous beach. We could hear the surf from our site. We really enjoyed our stay!

We stayed here for 21 days in a 31 ft. 5th wheel and truck in site 27. This park is really beautiful. When you pull in the sign says quiet and peaceful, they were not kidding. Bathrooms are very clean and even though they only have 2 showers for women and 2 for men for the whole park, I never waited once to get a shower. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The Mini Mart on site was stocked with lots of great items. Since the park is all dirt and gravel, there is a lot of dust with people driving pretty fast through the park at times, but overall it wasn't that bad. The beach is

This RV park has some of the strongest water pressure we have seen. The staff is good about mentioning this and giving options on how to make sure there are no issues. Good WiFi throughout the park. About 10 minute drive to town but not close enough to deal with traffic noise. Full hook up and pull through sites at this park.

Great quiet place to spend the week. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Well kept and clean. They were repaving while we were there, but it wasn't super loud and was done in small sections so it didn't make it difficult to come in and out. They have a small store with lots of necessities one might forget to bring. The laundry mat was very clean as well. We definitely will book with them again.

Our first stay here and not disappointed. An older park but well kept. Hosts were amazingly helpful when we had an issue with our trailer. They always seem to be making improvements, cleaning, or greeting guests. A quiet place with full hookups and located just far enough from town to be perfect. Thanks Steve for making our stay so enjoyable. 9/10 to 9/16/ 2020.

Traveled here on the last leg of our 2 week road trip. Staff was very friendly and the spots were nicely separated with greenery. All the hook-ups were offered too include cable. The mini-mart on site was well stocked. About a 5-10 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive into town. This happened to become one of my more favorite spots on the trip. Campground was quiet at night and seems the quiet hour is enforced.

Super nice people! Campsite was very clean upon arrival. Trees and bushes between sites. Water tasted yummy. Quiet. Laundry was (I think )3$. Nice walk to beach. We could hear the beach. Retirement area in Florence. The beach is very clean but if you walk a bit you can find rocks and shells. UHaul is the only car rental place in Florence (20$/day)

Came last year bc we had a good exp with our family. Returned this yr with family and had opposite exp. Now run by two grouchy, power tripping, drinking on the job guys who hate everything and they have a clear power dynamic between them. They knew we had a group of 4 spaces together for a two week family reunion but made a mistake on trailer slot assignments and the next morning demanded we move immediately. This was despite numerous pre-planning phone calls to confirm the details (I was not confident in their behavior so I kept calling back to ease my apprehension). All that did was put a target

We loved this park! The friendly staff and the help and directions they provided was great!
We had a pull through site at this park which worked out well because we hit a steady rain storm. So with dirt sites we had to work around lots of mud and puddles.
All I can say is GREAT Park, Very Clean bathrooms and wonderful staff!
Close to lots of fun adventures to do with the beach a mile away.

Great park, just spent a single night but would like to return for a longer stay. WiFi was great and the cable was perfect. Our space felt quiet and private. The folks at the office we're friendly and helpful.
Nice little store with a good selection of necessities and extras!

This park is the kind of park you dream about going to when you first get your rig. Super private sites, but an open and communal feel overall in the park.
The park is meticulously maintained and all the plant life and trees make it feel lush and clean.
You can hear the waves all day and night long from the park and it is only a five or ten minute walk to the beach depending on your pace.
