April trained extensively in the Los Angeles area at Dancemaker Studios, where she began at the age of 5. Her dance education covered all areas from ballet and modern to tap and jazz.

BADA is dedicated to educating students regardless of age, race, or economic background. We bring highly qualified instructors to our school while still offering competitive pricing. At Broadway Arts & Dance Academy, we want your child to experience the joy found through artistic expression. Our dance classes include many different styles (tap, jazz, ballet, hip hop, and more), but they are all taught with the goal of helping your child express themselves in new and challenging ways.
It's never too early or too late to let your voice be heard. Using classic and modern techniques, we will teach you how to improve, maintain and discover your vocal ability. Whether you want to become the next radio superstar or just want to avoid embarrassing yourself at the office karaoke party, come learn from professional singers the techniques and tricks to help you learn to sing or grow into a voice to be reckoned with.
At Broadway Arts & Dance Academy watch your child blossom as they learn to create characters and entire worlds out of thin air. Children of all ages and skill levels can learn the very basics of the dramatic arts all the way up to professional Broadway skills. Our instructors have real world experience starring in Broadway shows in New York City.

April, Jason, and the staff at Broadway are incredible! My daughter just finished her first dance recital and not only was it full of talent, it was beautiful to watch and very well managed. The kids here truly learn not only how to dance, sing, and act, but more importantly, how to be kind, to be patient, and to work hard. Bravo!!!!!

I wish I had found this place sooner! Jason and April are amazing people with hearts of gold. I cannot thank them enough for all of their help. We came to them as we started the college audition process for BFA Musical Theatre. They helped train, choreograph, and record my daughters virtual auditions/prescreens in a time when this was all new to the process due to covid. We could not have done it without them! Their knowledge and support for my daughter has been amazing. Again, I wish we had found them sooner, but so grateful for the time she has had with them. Thanks to them she ended up with

Nothing short of a fantastic experience here at BADA. The building is clean and comfortable, the owners and employees are always pleasant and the rate is very reasonable. My daughter loves the fun and energy that April brings to her ballet & tap class. I was blown away by their creativity and encouragement to help the kids keep moving and having fun during the zoom classes in the pandemic of 2020!

The best performing arts school in Pinellas County! Coming from the NJ/NY area it has been very difficult to find a credible, serious yet fun school. Jason is an incredible teacher with an extensive, impressive background. My son takes vocal, drama and Theatre Arts classes with him and he loves it and is learning a lot. He also takes hip-hop with Maverick and he is great as well. Both April and Jason and the entire team are wonderful with the kids!

We just enrolled our 8year old for ballet/tap class. My daughter loves Miss April. We, the parents, are loving how clean and new the building is. Wonderful location. They are doing a great job with COVID precautions- mandatory sanitizer usage, mask worn 100% of time (the right way), regular thorough wipe down of surfaces and handles, etc. I am very happy with their caution and protocols, doing their best to keep us all safe. I think the price is very good. I watched on a screen how the class was taught- one hour and half Junior Ballet/Tap class was one hour and half of pure teaching/learning. I
