Family-owned and operated since 2007, we are located in the northwest corner of the beautiful Aspen Grove Shopping Center and have been since 2001. Avalon is an upscale, full-service salon and spa open seven days a week. Our vision is to create for you a haven where you can come and escape the urgencies and stressful demands of everyday life.
Peggy strives to listen and communicate with her clients in order to give them the best service she knows how. Overpriced & overrated — my nail tech was late, spoke negatively about surrounding local nail establishments, and my polish was janky to say the least. The polish selection is lacking, not to mention most appear to be near some sort of expiration date, my polish job is already messed up - as I mentioned, my nail tech was late and cut my service short.

The staff was great, they were really personable. However I got a set of acrylic nails a week ago and they are already starting to pop off. I am not hard on my nails so there is no reason other than poor quality that they are coming off. Please think about how long you are wanting your nails before paying $65 to put them on.

I absolutely love this place! I see Milo Shattell for deep tissue massage and he is amazing! He is super professional, punctual, and always fixes me. I have a physically demanding job and he always listens intently to me talking about how my body is hurt/aching and I always leave feeling relaxed & restored! I would highly recommend him & this spa for any of your massage needs! Best massages ever.

Gina was my therapist and was lovely. Respected my request for a relaxing and quiet massage. Prices are on par with most spas. I would give a 5, but the massage didn’t include the feet, which I thought was unusual. When I asked the front desk they said that the foot massage is either an add on, or will be done if the therapist has enough time. I wish I would have known this ahead of time as that’s one of my favorite parts.

I got my haircut by Peggy and overall was happy with the cut. I planned to go back, however my experience with the receptionists and scheduling has been awful. First time I booked they called me back to re-schedule me. I then showed up at the time they re-booked me for and had to wait 45 minutes for the stylist to see me while she put color on another client. This time around, they call me to let me know that they made a mistake and didn't book me with additional time as Peggy noted needing because I have thick hair. So my options were to pay FULL price but Peggy not have time to blow dry my hair
