We’ve only had great service at The Dischinger Team Orthodontics. Dr. Bill connects with and cares for his patients; he often called to check in after a procedure and see how my son was doing. The office staff is amazing, always exuding a cheerful attitude. We leave with a smile every time we visit!

Always so quick and efficient! Everyone is friendly. Feels like a family gathering with music and laughter when I go in. The environment and atmosphere is very welcoming! We have been very happy with our experience at Discchinger. The staff is very sweet and great with kids. My daughter’s anxiety about coming in quickly dissolved when she started coming regularly. Billing and administrative staff is also very helpful and efficient. During Covid they were very communicative about their health and safety protocols. We will definitely take our second child here if/when the time comes!

I had orthodontic treatment 13 years ago at this office as an adult to help correct a TMJ issue. I was impressed with the care then. All of the staff are very warm and caring and professional. I started to have TMJ issues again, and went to see Dr Bill. He took a 3D image of my head. I was assured that my teeth were in alignment and that I needed to see an oral surgeon for perhaps, degeneration of the bone. Dr Bill gave me the name of an oral surgeon and offered to send the referral and image to him. There was no charge. What a decent thing to do!

I cannot thank the Dischinger team enough for all of their kindness, enthusiasm, sincerity, and support through my adventure in Orthodontics. I always felt welcome and cared for whenever I walked into those doors. My time with braces flew by, and I know I have the whole team at Dischinger to thank for that.

Dischinger is by far the friendliest orthodontist I've been to. I take my 9 year old daughter there and she loves all of the staff. Their waiting area is amazing! (Massage chairs, iPads, video games, keurig) If you're thinking of taking your child or yourself here. Don't even hesitate. This is the only place I would recommend!

I had a really great experience visiting Dr. Dischinger's office! I had never been to an ortho before and was very impressed by the office and the staff. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel very welcomed and like you're at a place that will take care of you. Everyone was very nice and treated me very kindly! Lin was amazing and made me feel important. She was also very competent and knowledgeable about teeth. She was easy to talk to and explained everything very well and answered all of my questions. I'm really happy to be a patient at Dischinger. I really appreciate all the reminders (email/phone), the staff's friendliness and carefulness, and the timely appointments. The office offers drinks (Starbucks, Pellegrino, hot coffee), ice cream, massage chairs, magazines, video games and popcorn and they play movies while you're getting work done.
I'm treating my open bit, which is quite a process - tads, screws, brackets, chains, and a bar across the roof of my mouth. My teeth are coming together and I can finally start to chew again! I'm really happy with the progress

I chose Dischinger Orthodontics for my own Invisalign treatment. At my very first free consultant, I ran into my former Disneyland roommate in their lobby. We had worked for Disneyland back in college and the coincidence was not lost on me. Dischinger runs their practice exactly as you would expect an Orthodontist on Main Street in Disneyland to run their practice. Everyone is happy to see you, they all know your name, their office is clean and vibrant, and they are efficient and organized. My treatment lasted six months and I think I probably received 6 thank you/just checking-in notes from

This really is as good as it gets. The doctors are so attentive, educated, informative, honest and available. Dr. Bill has responded to a frantic weekend email in minutes, and that level of care is common here. Staff is crazy friendly. I just wish they were closer to us! But we will sit in traffic for an hour to see them.

I was away from home during the holidays when my retainer popped off (after 23 years) and this was the only place that could get me in right away. Their office was great! My three kids were all treated by Dischinger Ortho several years ago. We drove all the way from the Gorge to go to them because my kids had some challenging problems (very small mouths, overbite, etc) and every other orthodontist we tried wanted to extract teeth. I was very impressed with the treatment options and approach. They all had successful treatments without removal of any permanent teeth!
They are all in their 20's now and still have wonderful smiles, thanks to the Dischinger practice.
