I have been getting Laser services for over 10yrs. First time at my Cosmetic SX office. Then I went to 6 other places all over the valley. I found Neos a few yrs ago. This is the best place.

Charlene is freaking amazing and so informative! All the staff I have visit with is always so kind. I was able to lose 21lbs the 1st time I started with Neos but had a relapse due to personal reason so I am back again with Neos. If you are looking for the help and support to losing weight I definitely recommend Neos!

Love coming here for my weekly B-12 shots. They are super fast, super convenient with scheduling my appts, and all the staff are super nice and helpful. I thought I was only going to be getting my B-12 shots for 2-3months tops...I have been coming here for almost a year now. Can’t wait to explore more services they offer when I get the time.

Went back to neos after being away from them, never meant too but life happens. Anyway went back to get some sun spots removed that started to develop small ones, but still coming on. They had removed a huge one on my face years ago with great success, now it was time for these little ones.
I must say I'm post a week and half from my laser treatment, and I'm loving my skin already and it hasn't really fully recouped.
One should go if they are having sun spots issues on their face they need to get rid of.

I have been visiting med spas for 4+ years and this one is easily the best one I have ever been to. All of the staff really strive to provide amazing customer service and are really enjoyable to be around in addition to ensuring each treatment is a five star experience. I also HIGHLY recommend the injectionist to anybody considering any type of filler. Every appointment at Neos I leave happy and glowing!!!

I was treated by Tierney, she had done my laser hair removal and I was really nervous at first but she was professional and efficient I had little to no pain during the procedure and she made sure the setting was comfortable, yet affective. I have had amazing results only after my second session now, I can't wait too see how the last 4 sessions do, Amazing work! I am so happy with my results, thank you Tierney for your amazing work and helping me with my insecurities with ingrown hairs!

Tierany gave me a photofacial and I was very impressed by the results as well as her knowledge! She is someone I can trust with me skin, as she has been an aesthetician for most of her adult life, and I can tell she wants the best for her clients! I've been coming here for years and every time I come I have a great experience. Sharlene is amazing! She is very professional and knowledgeable. I have had many sessions of full body laser hair removal and I just recently had a microdermabrasion done. I feel so great every time I've left here. If you are looking into getting some skin treatments done you need to go to Neos Medspa you wont be disappointed.

I have had such an amazing experience at Neos Medspa! Sharlene is by far the best Esthtician I have ever had... I am only 2 months into treatment and my face is looking better than ever! Also, I have been to other places for hair removal treatment (multiple times), but the laser treatment with Neos Medspa is the first time I have ever really seen a difference. The BEST!!! This is my third time here in 3 years (I'm a snowbird) and the treatments just keep getting better! Every step, right up to the sounds, sight and what to expect are explained in detail. I am nearing my last laser hair removal treatment and I am very satisfied with the service I received at Neos. As a woman of color, I was EXTREMELY nervous about the use of the correct laser for my skin type. Once I had my consultation with Sharlene, I knew I was making a great decision. She is really knowledgeable and straight forward with instructions and expectations. I used to have to shave every couple of days, or wax once every 3-4 weeks; now I only have to shave right before my treatments. This treatment has been nothing short life changing!

I've never not had a great experience at Neos Med Spa. Whether I am popping in for a walk-in B12 injection, or another service, the staff is always energetic, friendly and helpful, and I am in and out in no time at all, which is key for how packed my daily schedule is. The staff is professional, giving good recommendations and educated on their services and products. I'm grateful for a small local spa that is of such caliber I can easily and frequently support.

1) Brian is awesome! He takes the time to educate you so you understand the reason for choosing to eat certain foods. He breaks things down in simple terms for those of us who are not in the field.
