Incredible experience! I'm a perfectionist and I took my classic Mustang to the shop for a custom exhaust installation. I was reluctant based on the complexity and personal touches I wanted knowing it was going to take a real craftsman to do the work. The team helped me Load and unload the car from the trailer, listened when I expressed my preferences , and left it on the rack for me to see after they called and said it was ready. It's good to know that customer service still exists! I have been to All American Automotive twice and both times have been very impressed. On my last visit three employes stopped what they were working on to assist me with my truck. I don't know another place in Wichita that would have the integrity to not help and not charge for the issue I was experiencing. They don't know it, but they have earned all my future business. New to Wichita not knowing a place to go. I was given a recommendation from a co-worker and thought why not. All the employees where very nice and friendly. I am not mechanical at all so I had to describe the noise that was coming from the front end of my Tahoe. I left my Tahoe there and it only took them about 25 minutes to figure out the issue. I had a bad front wheel hub. They gave me a professional quote and told me what could happen if I waited to get it fixed. I asked them to go ahead with the repair. They called me back in about 45 minutes telling me it was finished. Great quality

I've visited AAA a few more times for both my husband's car and mine. Every time, they make sure to keep me involved in the process and explained everything clearly. They also rec'd a great windshield repair store, since they don't do that in house. I've been nothing but satisfied with their service.
