I had critical Covid in Sept, spent a month in the hospital and am still on oxygen. My hair is now falling out months later so I went out with my portable oxygen machine with my daughter and we parked in front of the store, ready to go in with our masks in hand. We waited until the two women in the store came out and my daughter went in to inquire about hair toppers and wigs, and to ask if they had time to help me try some on before I came in. NO ONE WAS IN THE STORE BUT TWO employees and yet they said, "she can come in but can only try on two wigs or hairpieces due to covid!" Have you

I came here to get my extensions for my wedding in 2016.
I had an amazing experience and was recommended to come here specifically by my hairdresser, who dyed my extensions to match my hair color.
It was so long ago but someone who worked there helped me ENORMOUSLY through the process and honestly, it was the EASIEST part of my wedding experience.
I went there once, had an amazing experience but time has passed, and I was so sad I forgot the name of the place. UNTIL, a recent video came out and I RECOGNIZED THE AMAZING SHOP FROM THE VIDEO! I honestly thought I would never find your shop again

I always go out shopping for wigs with my wife I enjoy watching her have a good time trying something new but this time we went there and no fault of the establishment but not a very extensive selection of wigs or the stock availability. The customer service person was knowledgeable but you had to pull the information out of her. By the way I said that normally this particular person does a great job and really provides awesome customer service. I don't know maybe she was tired depressed but the wife said it didn't seem worth it to spend 30 40 minutes in there this time. I must admit though the

Great quality. Freaking amazing place. I love coming here, it’s always so tranquil and quiet, I can shop and the girls are always on stand by if I ever need anything. Sometimes they have events and snacks for guests. I actually got my favorite wig from here and ended up getting pregnant! Come change your life ❤️

Such a great local business that provides beautiful wigs. I know cancer patients are grateful to be able to shop locally in a store that requires masks that keep them safe.

It was my first time in the shop and the girl that helped me said “if you don’t like it or the color bring it back.” I did that and she said she can only do a color exchange. That’s not what I got from our conversation. It was all unopened. I did later see a small paper by the register that says no returns. I didn’t see if before so that’s on me. However, she was well aware it was my first time in the shop. Her communication was not clear at all. When I questioned her about what she said previously she got super short and just talked over me. I have been shopping at Sunny's for over five years and I absolutely love their products!! Customer service is always amazing! I bought 22" hair couture extensions today and Renee was beyond helpful! Also, they offer masks for one dollar and hand sanitizer for everyone's protection which is a total plus! Five stars always!!!
