Based out of Bellevue, WA, Homeseed was launched in June of 2016 with the goal of creating a mortgage company that would provide clients and partners with a simplified and empowering home lending experience. This early vision attracted some of the best mortgage professionals in the Seattle Market to the Homeseed Lending Team.

If there is problem children, it would definitely be us. From the start of the loan, during our loan signing, to post closing, I contacted Steven with questions. He was always readily available and willing to answer any/all questions I had. Most of our phone calls was easily over an hour, during weekends, which speaks volume about Steven. We inquired with four Lenders and Steven always came up on top. He would give his best opinion and confirm what indeed was true and false. This was my first home purchase on my own.
