Stopped in here while traveling from Ohio. We had a leaking valve steam and lots of miles left to travel. From our initial call in to our parting worlds we experienced nothing but FANTASTIC service, generosity, and kindness. Over the past 8 or 9 years I have been sending all my Rv customers to Chuck and the staff at Cowser tire. I managed an Rv dealer service dept. for years and years. Now running mobile Rv service business and still refer everyone to Cowser. Chuck always has the best brand tires in stock when my customers needed. Cowser tire is just the best- been coming here a long time- always totally satisfied with service and products
Last week had a tire repaired that was leaking- and had tires rotated
Left and was gone for a week and tire that was repaired was very low- called Phil and told him the issue- told him I was in a hurry and could me and my wife just stay in the car while they fixed the tire? Should be no issue he said
We arrived- went in and told Phil we were there
In 2 min we were directed to bay 2- in 2 minutes
Luis was ON IT!!
He repaired the tire and had me ready to go in 10 or so- said we had picked

I'd like to start out by saying I went to another place prior to this and was quoted over $2,000 to get my car fixed and this place fixed my car under $100. Very trustworthy people who took their time inspecting my car, to quote me properly on the issue! Also, amazing customer service as soon as you walk into the door! We are having a recently purchased used motor home worked on and so far the customer service has been great. They have been very honest and informative about the necessary costs of having it tuned up. Inspected, repaired, and the cost of new tires. Needed have the tire stems on my RV extended. Cowser Tire is first come, first serve with a sufficient number of employees who are professional and has a very strong work ethic. They immediately began working on my RV and I was out of there on a busy Friday in less than 1.5 hours. Super quality, super service, and super friendly. I'm a happy camper.

We have been here twice now. The first time was just over a year ago. We had to replace all the tires on our RV. I told the salesman over the phone what I needed from the existing tires. He quoted me a price and I was in instant sticker shock. When I expressed my concern over price, he found a comparable tire at about 2/3 of the price of the initial tire I asked about. To let you know. I asked for the brand of tire and size and requested a quote. The salesman didn't start me on a higher end tire, it was me.
