Duke & Bob's Automotive is a full-service preventive maintenance and auto repairs center in the Kansas City, MO 64110 area, specializing in Brakes, Car & Truck Care, Domestic Cars & Trucks, Electrical Services, Electronic Services, Engine & Transmission, Engine Maintenance, General Services, Heating and Cooling Services, Import Cars & Trucks, Inspections and Emissions, Miscellaneous Services, Quick Lube Services, Tires, Towing, Transmission Services and Undercar Services since 1945.
Recommend corrective and maintenance services and explain to the customer which of these is required now to correct existing problems and which are for preventive maintenance. Obtain prior authorization for all work done, in writing or by other means satisfactory to the customer. Make every effort to keep the customer informed about appointments and completion deadlines.
We do it faster and better. Our staff of specially trained technicians supports our national computer database of more than 600,000 repair records. If an Advance Auto Parts part should fail during the manufacturer's warranty period more than 25 miles from a TECH-NET facility, the nearest Advance Auto Parts Auto Parts Store or TECH-NET Service Center will replace it.
When you have service and repairs performed at a TECH-NET Professional Auto Service facility, you're covered by a nationwide warranty. The TECH-NET Professional Nationwide Warranty program covers most parts and labor for 12 months or 12,000 miles / 20,000 kilometers, which ever comes first when traveling more than 25 miles / 40 kilometers from the original TECH-NET Professional service and repair facility.
