I hired Mike to help me with the sale of my business. It was a difficult step and emotional step as I had grown it from nothing and at times uncertain if I could step away. Mike was more than a legal advisor, but a sounding block and confidant during the process. Since the closing I have come to him on several new business affairs.

Trust Administration can be simple or complex, largely dependent on the simplicity or complexity of the Trust documents. In some cases, a layperson can administer a Trust without much professional assistance. In others, it is not possible without some professional assistance.

My experience with Cashman Law was incredible. I called Mike because I was long overdue to have my estate plan done. I have two kids and wanted to make sure they would be taken care of if something happened to us.
