Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
We worked with Deborah Radin as our estate planning attorney. She is very professional, courteous and a great listener. She helped us think through our needs without rush, guided us alongthewayand put together all the necessary documents accordingly. We would have no hesitation in recommending her for estate planning services.

My father, who had a cognitive impairment walked into this office in October 2015, a few days after marrying ( confidential marriage license). He signed over his house ( he had sole title) to his wife. She then was allowed to put it into a revocable trust. I question the morals and values. When I went to another lawyer for help and social services - they were not surprised by this. Do your homework - no lawyer with a moral compass would allow this.

We had our trust completed by Linda Kramer, a few years ago. We were very pleased with her expertise, professionalism and she was highly recommended by our financial advisor.

I used Linda Kramer for my trust about 10 years ago and went back to Deborah Kramer Radin for an update. My experience was just awful. Very poor customer service from the first contact. 30 minute wait time after I arrived on time for my first meeting! No ability to ask questions by phone or have any communication between expensive appointments. The office staff took weeks to get back to me on simple questions. Very high fees for a simple update. I am so annoyed at the shoddy service I received that I am just dumping this firm and going elsewhere. Of course, their billing is extremely prompt

Deborah Radin (attorney-at-law) and Juliane Dorward (legal assistant) are professional and compassionate practitioners of estate law and took very good care of my late cousin's legal affairs, even going so far as driving to San Francisco for a "house call" when her will was restated.
My questions and concerns were addressed in a timely manner and I was always treated with patience and respect.
Most importantly, to me, is that Deborah gets my sense of humor, but, steers me gently back on track.
I highly recommend Kramer Radin LLP, Los Altos, California

In 2001, my husband and I set up a Trust through Linda Kramer. We paid the fees she asked for.
2004, we met with her daughter Deborah and made some amendments.
Last year, a friend asked for recommendation and I told her about Kramer Radin. She got back to me several days later and told me that they were very expensive.
2019, I looked to them to update our Trust and Wills. And I found their prices are unreasonable. SO I am looking elsewhere.

My wife and I have used the Kramer Radin Law firm for many years. We have always found the firm to be ethical, fair and priced reasonably. Their practices have been above board, and we have never been surprised by anything that has been told to us or that has occurred. Their advice has always been first rate. Linda Kramer, and her partner, who happens to be her daughter, Debra Radin, are amazing attorneys who truly care about their clients.
We were surprised to read some of the reviews that are to the contrary, and can only assume that there were some form of extenuating circumstances that

The Kramer Radin Team has handled our estate planning and trusts for many years. They prepared our original trusts, and updated documents when changes to the law and/ or our situations necessitated these updates. Their on-going communication, advise, and updates on changes to the law, helped to keep us informed.

Myself and my wife have been extremely fortunate to have Kramer Radin Law Firm deal with all aspects of creating and maintaining our family trust. We have been with the firm for over twenty years and have been impressed with their professionalism ,courtesy and sincerity that's been shown to us by their firm ,particularly Linda Kramer and Deborah Radin.
They have often come to our house as we were unable to go to their office.
We had searched with other law firms as to their fees and chose Kramer Radin as they were competitively priced.
We could not recommend a more knowledgeable , trustworthy

I called Kramer Radin LLP on behalf of a mutual client with a question, and frankly I was treated very rudely by both the person who answered the phone and one of the paralegals. Being in a different state, my question was valid as each state can have slightly different requirements with regard to trusts. If I treated people that way, I wouldn't have clients for long. I suggest the partners of the firm advise their staff on proper manners and etiquette when dealing with people. We refer our clients to various estate planning attorneys, and unless their staff can deal with routine questions

This law firm was an expensive mistake. Much like Carol W's review here, I went through a serous issue where the billing seemed absolutely egregious and unethical to me.
This firm wasted a large amount of my money and time, dumping them and moving to a new lawyer made all the difference. I later found an excellent lawyer who got far more done, far more results, for a FRACTION of the cost of these people.
I really hope at least some of you can learn from my mistake and steer clear of this group.

Deborah Radin is the whole package. She is...
...Knowledgeable. An expert in California estate law
...Honest. When questions arose about Pennsylvania law, she immediately said she was not familiar with PA law, but would contact someone who was.
...Focused. Debra quickly examined all our documents to locate the several critical paragraphs. She knew just what she was looking for, then honed in on the exact wording to make the correct interpretation.
...Clear. Debra was able to interpret the legal documents in laymen's terms, and lay out a few strategies.
...Compassionate.
But most of all
