Dr. Renee Lake is a Licensed Psycho-Educational Specialist through the State of South Carolina and a Nationally Certified School Psychologist through the National Association of School Psychologists. She recently opened Carolina Anchor Psychological and Educational Consulting, LLC in the Dunes West area of Mount Pleasant to help serve the children and families of the Charleston County area.
She holds over 19 years of experience in diagnosing and treating developmental, psychological and learning difficulties in children and adolescents. This includes Independent Educational Evaluations (IEE).
Dr. Lake is committed to providing the highest quality services and most advanced, comprehensive evaluations for her clients. Participation with insurance companies usually restricts the nature of evaluations that can be performed. However, most insurance carriers reimburse the cost for part or all of evaluation services, even from non-participating providers.

Dr. Lake is not only a wonderful psychologist but a caring person who truly understands the complexities of human nature. She embodies what a true psychologist should be. She is not afraid to challenge you to really think about yourself.
