Daniel was amazing. Our ignition broke on new years day while out in Marin and he was able to come out and tow our car fairly quickly. We left the key and got home while he picked up the car so it was a great experience for a bad situation. He texted with us the whole time and let us know what was happening so felt really good.
Definitely recommended for any type of tow or repair service!

After AAA gave us the run around for FIVE hours, we gave up and called Dan at Jump Start Hero (referral from Roberto's Roadside Rescue). Dan was responsive, friendly, and arrived at the time he quoted. He even called us when he saw us off the freeway to let us know he was turning around.
We also decided last minute that we wanted the car towed to the east bay vs our home in SF and he was happy to oblige (even at 11pm)!
We will absolutely be cancelling AAA and will call Dan if we are ever in a bind again!

If I could give this pathetic excuse for a company a -300000 I would! I got them with Allstate in where I have already also made a formal complaint. I waited 2.5hrs and nothing, no update just checked on the worthless ETA they were constantly increasing when it would get to 2 min. I am with my children and waiting outside of a Safeway. I decide to call and see what is going in since the mechanic shop is about to close. And the rude unprofessional, im sure not even a HS diploma uneducated customer service rep said "oh there is problem with the driver and getting keys. Its going to take a while

What a relief when the app tells me Jumpstart Hero will be here in 15 minutes. My previous insurer would have to dispatch a tow truck from who-knows-where to arrive who-knows-when! Usually a 45min wait became two hours! This was the best rescue hands down! Thanks Jumpstart Hero!

Got their towing services thru Statefarm, received confirmation text saying they are on the way. waited 2 hours and no one came or called. So I called statefarm again, and statefarm told me that This towing company canceled the request.
It's ok if u cancel the request, but at least notify the customer so they don't just sit here and wait for you.

Definitely felt overwhelmed and frustrated when I realized I left my keys in the car, but it only took these guys 15 min to come and help me out! The negative feelings immediately went away when the driver (Dan) came and immediately made conversation with me and kept a positive attitude during the whole situation. Walked away feeling confident that I can leave my keys in the car and still be in good hands!

Called up Dan on New Year's Eve morning to tow my car from a dealership back to my garage. Not surprisingly, it was a pretty busy day for him, but he let me know he could do it later in the afternoon. Gave me a good rate, and stuck to his word about the time frame he would make it at.
My garage is shared so it was a bit of a squeeze, but he was able to get the car back into its spot pretty quickly. Hoping I won't have to need his services again soon, but I know I can count on him if I do.

Coming back from a trip I came to a flat tire and didn't know what to do. I talked to Dan over the phone and from the moment he answered the phone you could tell that he was going to be great. He gave me a time estimate and said he would update me as soon as he were on his way. He told me about possible solutions and what would be better for me. At the end I did not end up needing his services yet I was able to fix the tire before he got to me, but I made sure to let him now that I would no longer need his services. He was very kind and told me he was glad I was able

Daniel was very responsive, kind and helpful with a jump start due to accidentally leaving my car door ajar overnight. It was about 30 minutes between when I called and when the job was done! Reasonably priced and easy to pay & tip via credit card. If I ever need this service again I will absolutely call them.

Had a dead battery (no rush, quiet Sunday at home), and after a quick phone call, about an hour later (and earlier than committed) Jeff and his tiny car were in my driveway, pulled out the dead battery, installed the new one, and for about $250 all-in, I was good to go.

Only amazing things to say-- Daniel really saved us and went out of his way to do so. We were on a windy slippery road in mill valley late at night, and our back wheel slipped off the road into the mud. We tried towing it out ourselves with a friend's Jeep but the slippery conditions we made things worse... after frantically calling as many companies as we could near us-- everything was closed or just wouldn't help! I called Daniel and he was kind enough to drive all the way out to help us.
