The very worst. Zero ethics, predatory (don't worry, I have specifics). Crushed you in court with an attorney that was way out of your league. Keep breathing those cancerous fumes in your work place, and stop acting like you're in business to help people, what a joke!

It's never fun having your car towed especially when it costs money out of your pocket. I visited from out of town for a work trip and they took good care of my rental car that was towed (watch where you park, there's obviously hidden driveways everywhere). No complaints and the owner and staff were friendly and empathetic to my situation.

Teresa is one of the nicest people in he business. Like many other reviewers have said, she genuinely cares about her customers. I've always had great experience with East Bay. Thanks!

This place does a great tow and is professional. Getting your car towed is usually not the most joyful experience. However, this place made it all good and I appreciate that they made it all seamless for me.

Very nice and professional. They were empathetic to my situation and went above and beyond. I can't get mad at the charges since the it was my own issue and not theirs. Thank you for such good service.

Always courteous and professional. All the poor reviews above you do realize they only tow when called by the police or property owners. They do not tow on their own, so don't park where your not supposed too and that won't happen.

Can I give no stars? Terrible service. A tow is $180 and $75 a day storage fee.

The best tow company in the Bay! Every time I need a tow, they are there! I read some of the reviews and it’s not like they out there just saying hey look at that car! Let’s tow it and get money from them! Fake news! 🤨 #parkyourshitright

By far this is a legit company. I've had my share of having my car towed. And with any other company in the past I've run into issues where they hitched my car improperly and made a hole in my oil pan, or where I had property stolen from inside. None applies here!

Here, it's a very well organized and honest business. It was easy to have my car removed, the manager was very informative and brilliant to converse with, and the gentleman who helped me remove my property was helpful.

I wouldn't have dreamed of reviewing a towing company but the experience was unexpected and deserved

They are really good people with prompt service. When the truck pulled up, he accidentally scraped the hood of my car with the towing apparatus. I was bummed (insult to injury after the accident I had just been in). But he was good for it - took responsibility. Their shop paid for everything, even did the body work and repainted my hood. A bit of a hassle, but these things happen and they handled it with grace.

I accidentally locked my son in the car today. After an embarrassing 911 call they sent EAst Bay Tow and an officer out to help me. They are LITERALLY life savers as the heat was on in my car and my 18month old was roasting. They were on their way to lunch before they came to help me and I wish I could have bought them lunch. Nicest folks and seriously helped me in a bind. THANK YOU EBT!!! I owe you one!!!

This is one of those things I hate about Yelp - people with an axe to grind. East Bay Tow has your car? That would be your fault, not theirs.

I've had to call these fine folks a couple of time because of a bad starter on my food truck. They totally rescued us in SF on a Friday afternoon during rush hour, when no one else would. They diagnosed the problem, showed us a short-term work around and sent us on our way. And even though I was more than willing to give them my money to have them tow us to our weekend events, they suggested we may not need a tow and to play it by ear. Who does that

0 Stars. Towing my son's car illegally, using extortion and threatening to sell the car. No notice, no letter, no warning (mind you, the car was parked legally and has a parking permit that enables my son to park near his home). So we get to round up the ridiculous amount of money, go to the bank, transfer to our son. He has to find a way to get to the car, pay that ridiculous fine to get his old car back. This is a financial hardship on all of us for an incident that should not have happened.

You specialize in city-sponsored leeching and extortion of students. I have less than $400 to my name, and make less than that each month. And I don't rich parents that take care of me, my mom is paralyzed from the waist down and my dad has multiple sclerosis. I take care of them. Yet you have no problem taking $215 from me to tow a motorcycle parked in motorcycle parking, with a "no parking sign" 50' up the road.
What you guys are doing with the city should be illegal, and you should be ashamed of yourselves for the suffering you are inflicting on those that can already barely afford food. You

I am actually glad my car broke down so I could meet these awesome people.

I called and talked to Teresa who was courteous and offered me a good deal. This was a huge breath of fresh air after having AAA come out and say it was too big to tow and spending all morning talking to tow truck companies who couldn't deal with my Step Van because it was too big or ones who would charge me an arm and a leg. She said they could be there in 45 minutes! I was thrilled.

Jay and John arrived and treated me like family. Jay went above and beyond the call of duty. He checked out my vehicle, crawling
