We are trained to provide individual counseling for adults with a range of concerns, experiences, and mental health issues and diagnoses such as: anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, self-esteem, grief & loss, and any other issues that are preventing you from achieving your goals.Like adults, children and adolescents experience a variety of emotions that can be both challenging and confusing.
