Extremely friendly friendly staff and Dr. Cherian is great at what he does and has a terrific bedside manner. Outstanding service! I had a dental emergency and called this facility and I was nervous about going to new place.
The place was amazing, everyone from the front office staff to the Medical staff and the Doctor. They were kind, courteous, friendly, and provided service with a smile.
I have become a permanent customer with them as of today. Thank you Dr. Cherian and team!!!

Do NOT USE THEM!! They never can get your insurance coverage so charge you over and beyond. Dr. CHERIAN will push his bone graphing on every procedure. They tell you you HAVE TO OAY THEIR COSTS and if insurance covers it they'll let you know after. They especially like to get your credit card if you're in need of surgery and try to push sedation so they can charge you the max. He quoted me for $1200 for implant removal and I called and went elsewhere immediately for $200.

First off the experience happened to be with wife. I have been waiting for the office to get back to me since September regarding my dental care. It is now end of October. I believe the reason why I received her questionnaire is because this is the third time this business failed to provide good SAFE service. The first time we were suppose to be provided service in this office my wife was called several times to say she needed to come earlier then her appointment time or her appointment would be canceled. She left work early and waited way past her appointment before being seen. The second time

Everyone at Grace Dental Smile is very nice. They greet me in a very friendly manner and that made me feel like this is the place I want to continue coming back to. The young lady who cleaned my teeth was nice and did a very good job. The doctor who examined my teeth afterwards was very nice and friendly. The lady at the front desk explained what had to be done very clearly. I will definitely be going back.and

Today, I had an extraction at Grace Dental Smiles. My experience was terrific. I was nervous about having my tooth pulled, and Dr.Cherian recommended having my procedure done under sedation; it was the best decision I ever made, I didn't feel any pain. The team is excellent, from the front desk to the clinical staff.

The office staff was very friendly. The dentist Dr "C". (Sorry can't think of his name at the moment). Very nice friendly and professional. He's patient and answered all my questions . made me feel relaxed. The offer sedation so I was just very happy. The process was quick and pain free. It's the next day and I feel great. I had a very pleasant experience at Grace Dental today when I went in for my first cleaning appointment. The staff is very nice and professional. There was no wait and I felt like it was a smooth process overall. I experienced no pain during the cleaning and it was actually enjoyable. (Thank you, Paula!!). I am looking forward to my next visit with the Grace Dental team.
