First time I used Pelican was one hot summer evening when our almost new unit downstairs stopped blowing cold air. We needed someone at our house right away because we don’t handle the heat very well. These guys showed up, fixed the problem, told me it was covered by manufacture warranty and all we would have to pay was the after hours fee which was very reasonable considering their dispatch speed. Last year I obtained an estimate from Pelican to replace my two A.C. / Heat Pump units; the estimate was competitively priced but I decided to wait until this year to proceed. When I contacted Pelican this year, a technician came out, evaluated my units, and provided me with a revised estimate. I quickly decided to take the offer. And within a week, the two technicians arrived and replaced my upstairs unit within 6 1/2 hours. A few days later, my downstairs unit was replaced and it was done in under 6 hours. I love how professional I was treated by everyone at Pelican!
