I worked with Zak to schedule an appointment for both an estimate and repair. The tech who arrived was knowledgeable and most importantly honest. I had received a quote a couple of quotes already from the larger HVAC maintenance companies in the DFW area, so I was interested to see if Quality 1 came to the same conclusion on what needed to be done for my system. Quality 1 pointed out the same issues as the others, but the difference was they provided an honest and cost-friendly solution. Our AC went out and we needed to replace not 1 but two entire systems in our house. And from the moment we called these guys they were professional, timely and gave us a great deal on the AC's. They were prompt when they came for the install and not only did they get the systems up and running.. they also cleared out the old units and cleaned before they left.
They were available to answer any and all questions at anytime. I highly recommend giving them a call!

I contacted Q1ES to check on my AC system in the summer of 2017 as it was not working efficiently. I was told that there was not a problem and that I just needed to change the air filter. The next day the unit started making a loud banging noise. I called them back out to investigate and the same technician found a large piece of foam that had been dislodged by his prior investigation and found it's way stuck in the motor. The foam piece was removed and I was charged another service fee. Several weeks later the unit stopped cooling completely. I had a different company come out to investigate

I have always used this company for the past 25 years due to their honesty and reliability.
It started when our first floor A/C unit stopped working and was told by Sears that I need a new unit between 3-4K. When I called this company, it turned to be only a loose wire in the back of the unit that only cost me service call charge! WOW..
Since then I have always used and recommended them to everyone I know.

These are the guys to use. We had a large unit that started giving us issues when it was 2 years old. We first used the installing company to try to get it corrected but after 3 years and many visits we got tired of hearing that it was too hot outside for what we wanted. We had upgraded to a larger unit than what came with our house plan so we did not accept that answer. Used another highly recommended company for the next two years to try to get it to stop shutting down everyday. Finally that tech wanted to replace it. After we spent way too much money and still had a downstairs at 80 degrees
