Dr. Whipple is a fantastic eye doctor. My daughter has struggled for years with her vision and has not been able to see well enough to drive for the past 4 years. Dr. Whipple was able to fit her better than any other eye doctor we have seen and now has 20/25 vision! She will be able to drive now and this is a major life changing difference for her. Thank you for taking the time and the extra effort Dr. Whipple! I also would like to tell the staff at the office they are awesome. So nice and helpful!

I've gone to the same eye Doctor for 15 years but sadly we had to switch because my Dr doesn't take my insurance anymore. Found Vision Source through my insurance & they were able to get my husband & I in fairly quickly. They have a lot of awesome new machines I had never seen before, the staff were awesome & the Dr was super great to work with & really knowledgeable. My husband got his glasses ordered & They even went as far as printing out cost estimates for contacts & glasses, with & without insurance (since I need both & my insurance will cover one or the other each year) Definitely our new

I started going here last year with eye issues. They took great care of me, with treatment, check ups, & lots of TLC. So when it was time for my annual eye exam, of course I chose Vision Source again. I ended up getting set up with bifocals. The process was so comfortable, thanks to the staff & doctors. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. And special thanks to Dr Choi, who is amazing. And Beth She should be a life coach or motivational speaker. She brightened up my day.

*****Update*****Thank you Dr. Whipple for clarifying that the fee was for the visual field test which is not part of the routine test. The technician didn't understand it well and consequently the explanation wasn't clear. We look forward to continuing our relationship with these doctors.

Have gone here for years, for myself and my family, and never had a problem, but the new staff is very unorganized and not the most helpful. I've spent thousands over the years and have had them switch out lenses in frames bought from them in previous years. Picked up my 2 new pairs for this year and asked if they could switch out the lenses in last year's frames (that I bought from them) and said they said no problem and gave me a printout of the total cost and told me to drop them off whenever and they would get them done. Went to drop them off and they said they couldn't do it! This was all

My 6 year old went in for an appointment after recommendation from his school to get his eyes checked. I was nervous with how young he is, but it went great! All the staff from check in, to testing and rooming, to the optometrist were all patient, friendly, and helpful at explaining everything. Great experience and we will return for future eye needs.

I have been going to an ophthalmologist for several years because my health insurance covers the exam as preventative. I was basically told that my vision couldn’t be corrected much clearer due to many conditions. I decided to give it a shot and just go to Vision Source because they were closer and what did I have to loose if I can’t get better correction? Wow was I surprised! Reed Eye Care is a great place to go get your eye exam and even new prescriptions of glasses or contacts! Dr. Whipple and his staff are the greatest. They are very friendly and very personal. That is important to me. Also when I was getting my eye exam Dr. Whipple spent the time to talk to me about my eyes, and he answered all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable, and made things easy to understand. He also clearly helped me to understand what I needed to do to improve an eye condition that I have.
