Engineers always recommend sealing any cracks 1/16th of an inch or greater with pressure injected epoxy. Epoxy injection seals the cracks entirely which bonds the crack back together, waterproofs the crack, ensures the structural continuity of the basement foundation wall, makes the crack stronger than any other part of the wall, prevents water intrusion and much more.
Noticing early warning signs of foundation problems can prevent a lot of problems that definitely could cost tens of thousands of dollars to fix. The sooner you identify potential problems, the easier - and less expensive - it is to fix them. Home's foundations settle and shift over time, and a little un-levelness or unevenness isn't necessarily a cause for panic or a need to freak out.
We specialize in single wide mobile home leveling and double wide mobile home leveling. Single wide leveling is around $450 or less and double wide leveling is normally around $850 or less which includes getting everything level and as we go through leveling it, we re-adjust any leaning blocks as needed and replace any damaged or cracked blocks as needed.
It is recommended by all structural engineers to seal any crack(s) 1/16th of an inch wide or wider using epoxy injection. We specialize in epoxy injection for cracked concrete foundation walls such as crawlspace concrete foundation walls and basement concrete foundation walls. Pressure injected epoxy of the foundation wall crack(s) is recommended in order to reestablish the structural continuity of the wall and to seal against water penetration.

I have been looking for a great foundation repair company I can always use for every house I buy that has concrete issues of foundation repair issues and I believe I finally found one and that is House Leveling and Foundation Repair LLC.
So far they have leveled my double wide mobile home I own in Denver, they reinforced my basement wall on a house I have in Arvada and they repaired and sealed cracks on a crawlspace foundation I on a house I own in Aurora.
I like this company because they are willing to give me several different options of methods of repairs to meet the same goal, fit my budget

I purchased a foreclosure and found out that there was major damage to the foundation. The bank agreed to the repairs but we had to have them completed before closing in order to get our mortgage. I was so nervous because it was a huge job and we were on a tight deadline. These guys worked like it was their own home. They were there first thing in the morning every day and it seemed like they didn't even take a break! Thankfully, they completed the repairs before closing and we had time to have the piers and repairs re-inspected and still make our closing date! Amazing crew!

House Leveling and Foundation Repair LLC foam injection was way cheaper than I thought. The process took less than one day which was great for my busy schedule.
