Things started out well, we met, we talked about the job, we got an agreement, and all that was left was for the work to begin. Work was supposed to start on July 6. Come the afternoon of the 6th and nobody has shown up at my house. I email them because they don't answer phones (which they even say on their answering machine), and I am told that they wrote the day wrong, it was supposed to be July 16th (a Thursday). Okay, no big deal, July 16th comes and still no response. I email again and am told that due to the wild fires, they cannot start the job. I don't hear back for a few

This company, which is a one man show, is a joke. He is unreliable, unresponsive, lazy, dragged on the project for now 6+ months, and took all of our money without completing the project. Now we are hiring someone else to finish out his incomplete work. We also had one of his subcontractors approach us wondering if we paid him for everything because the owner owes him thousands of dollars for our job and a previous job. Alpine Companies was very difficult to deal with and did not honor their warranty work. They strung me out for almost a year. Did not respond to calls. When I did connect with Harold he never followed through with scheduling . Finally they quoted me a very high price to warranty their work and did not even honor what he originally told me. This is a true and honest review. Most of their reviews are planted by friends. They had original review removed by Facebook and was not honest about it with Facebook.
