They are billing me for an ankle brace I never received. They won't reverse the charge, even after acknowledging on the phone, that in my visit notes there are no mentions of me receiving a brace. In fact, even on my health insurance EOB, there is no billing for an ankle brace. They are using an excuse that their accounting software made a mistake, but yet, they won't reverse the charges. Very unprofessional behavior. Feels like a scam.

I showed up 5 minutes BEFORE my appointment time and was told I had to reschedule. The receptionist told me I had to be there 10 minutes before appointment time. She said I needed to reschedule after waiting a month for this appointment. She was not polite AT ALL so I definitely will not be going back. There are too many foot doctors in town, so spend your money somewhere else.

Best experience hands down! From Point of contact staff (Laura) was very professional and very friendly helping me get my paper work done, Dr. Reed is a fountain of knowledge without me asking questions Dr. Reed answered all of them and without hesitation Dr. Reed cut my toe nails I was not expecting that I will return and keep Dr.Reed has my foot specialist and referred him to friends and family.

I have been seeing Dr. Reed since 2007 at this office. I call him the Terminator foot doctor. Within seconds he knows what is going on with my feet and then corrects the issues through surgery or advice. My issues were not major ranging from ingrown toenails, plantar warts, plantar fascitis. He follows up promptly and is very professional. I know the staff at the front aren't the best but I give them a pass because I need to see Dr. Reed. Thank you Dr. for taking care of me.

After waiting during Covid time to get into primary care doctor for months with new patient appointment being pushed back three time only to have a zoom meeting improperly diagnosed lead my foot more pain months later, when finally getting approved for 4 procedures and on my way to appointment from picking up reports done , the last prior day, less than 24 hours, I picked up reports and discs at Steinberg and headed over time my appointment. The staff here couldn't be any sweeter , I gotta say the people that work here and my doctor -Dr.Reed have made the entire experience of having foot surgery actually tolerable. Believe me, I would've loved to not have to have done it. But these wonderful and caring people have made it better than I could've hoped. Thank you to this staff and the most pleasant Doctor I've ever had , a Doctor that actually listens and genuinely cares.

I’ve never been in a place where I’ve had to write a review but here it goes: I have been coming here for a few months with no issues at all. Seeing progress from an air-cast Dr. Tilton recommended until they started trying to sell me their medical equipment. The reps would call me, text me, and leave me voicemails, giving me inaccurate information of how the process takes place when ordering the equipment through my insurance. I have a set mullet toe I have been dealing with for my entire life that started to cause me pain. My boss recommended this place and Dr. Jeremy Tilton to have my surgery. I researched and saw that it took my insurance that I am provided with through my job. So I scheduled an appointment. On the form I placed my information and what kind of insurance I have. I had contracted toenail issues many years ago and it migrated to my other large toenail. So it started to ruin my expensive compression stocking. I was sent to Las Vegas foot and ankle by Southwest Medical. I met Dr. Jeremy Tilton ( another Jeremy lol kool!) He set me up with removing the nails and removing the beds of the nails, after 2 more visits for checkups I was perfect, no more nails and almost no pain from the point of removal to today I was never under discomfort. I went into see Dr. Reed he is a very professional foot doctor. He knows what he is doing, I am sorry to say that I cannot say the same for his Office people. They cannot do anything correctly and not even professional! I went into my appt. 9/1/2016, been waiting all this time for them to give me a prescription to get my Diabetic shoes with inserts.
