Since 2007, Quality Youth Services works to restore balance and happiness to our clients' daily lives. As a therapist group, our focus is on restoring balance to daily life. We recognize that trauma of all kinds inhibits our ability to function to full capacity. We utilize simple and evidence-based methods to reduce trauma reactions to triggers which in turn creates a better balance in life, work, relationships, and self.
