Half my property is being auction tomorrow at 10am, the people I bought from,.guest and Brady when closing did not do a proper title search and refuse to admit they made a mistake. They keep saying it was never the person before me property to convey over and yet tomorrow that same name with that property is going through tax sale. My back yard
I signed with Kevin Brady and a rude ms. Powell is all that calls me back. Saying her decision is firm. Nasty tone.and I get nowhere.

Horrible experience with Guest & Brady. Michelle at the front desk is phenomenal and that’s where it ends. No one answers the phone or responds to voicemails, even after multiple attempts. We sold a property through Guest & Brady and it took us 8 days to get our money. First they lost our check, then told us a wire transfer would be done the same day. Only to find out the next day that a wire wasn’t initiated. We had to call every day for 5 days - and were told something different every time. We finally received our funds after 8 days. The process was truly a nightmare. I would not recommend

LOVE this office and all the people that work here. Michelle, the client concierge, is always smiling and welcoming. The attorneys, Mel G and Lauren B, are always available and quick answer questions. The paralegal Sarah is responsive to emails and get things done quickly. Their fees are competitive and a great value for the service provided. I would highly recommend using this office for your real estate needs.

I had a bad experience with this company - specifically with Teressa.
Teressa didn't make it to our scheduled consultation and gave no notice saying she wasn't going to be there. This resulted in me wasting my time driving down just to talk to her assistant.
Before leaving the office Kristen, her assistant, told me that Teressa would call me the next day to go over the next steps - that was 7 days ago... I'm still waiting.
After emailing them promptly after my appointment, I just got a quick reply from Kristen that they will call me the next business day. After that, all of my calls and emails

Just closed escrow with their assistance and it was an efficient, organized and enjoyable process. Special shout-out to Lauren who was my "point person". This is an update to the last update. Turns out, it wasnt my atty's fault that it took so long to get my settlement. It was actually the other lawyer that dropped the ball but what should I expect for such a frustrating case. Richard Allen is a great lawyer but I am not sure about Townes Johnson or his clients.
