There are several issues with this company and I'll start with the least concerning.
First, they show unhelpful and off-putting customer service in trying to locate an item listed on their website as no longer available. They had quick email response...at first, but when I fished around for more questions about the item, they didn't like it. Very sketchy. They didn't have the item and claimed they didn't have info on the item. When I asked for a supervisor after receiving a hurried answer without answering my other questions, they replied, "I am the supervisor!".

I was looking to replace a specific charm and found it on Etsy. M. Barr Jewelry had the only and last one, and it was in someone else's cart, so I snatched it up.
