Dr. Rosen is excited to continue growing his practice, Parkside Family Medicine, in East Falls, Philadelphia, PA. He is a second-generation physician, following in the footsteps of his uncle. After graduating from West Chester East High School, Dr. Rosen received a B.A. in Sociology from the University of Pittsburgh, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude.
This laser does A LOT! It is an incredibly effective treatment for most skin conditions such as all forms of acne, especially the most aggressive types. It treats, acne scars, Hyperpigmentation and melasma. It also treats rosacea, spider veins, psoriasis, ingrown hairs, it does skin tightening, laser hair removal and more!
This method simulates natural hair-like strokes giving the most natural and realistic results. Not recommended for oily, combo, thin or mature skin types. Price varies by which artist you book with. You can choose between our Junior artist or Master artist the difference is the amount of experience and skill level.
Scalp Micropigmentation (SMP(R)) is an innovative, solution that replicates the appearance of thicker, fuller hair. Specially trained practitioners apply a proprietary formula of pigment (ink) to the scalp with micro-fine needles to create thousands of tiny impressions, giving the illusion of hair, similar to the artist's technique of stippling.
If you have poorly done permanent makeup or small unwanted tattoos, we can help. Owner & PMU artist Tara Lynn Baeza is trained, skilled & certified to perform pigment lightening/removal. We use li-lift by Li Pigments, a safe, high content salt & fruit seed extract solution that deems extremely effective in pigment lightening & removal.

I've been going to Allison at Birds of Prey for waxing services for about 3 years. She always does a fantastic job! The location is very clean and everyone is very professional. They use the best wax! It is the only salon I have gone to where I didn't end up red for hours after. They are also very helpful and answer any questions you may have.

I cannot get over how wonderful this experience was. Scheduling was completely seamless from choosing a date a week or 2 prior. I was greeted and checked in immediately when I entered even though I was super early for my appointment. Allison then greeted me right at 2 PM and began my appointment. She talked me through every part of the process, asked reasonable and thoughtful questions and was receptive to my minimal feedback. Bantering with her was laid back and I appreciated that Allison is genuinely funny and easy to talk to. My brows look PHENOMENAL and I cannot recommend her enough!

High Five to Birds of Prey!! Tara, the skilled artist who transformed my eyebrows and eyes (adding gorgeous permanent liner) is not only an exacting artist, but also a lovely woman. Everyone at Birds of Prey is welcoming and willing to take as much time as you need to answer questions, offer ideas, and - best of all - provide services that make you walk out feeling absolutely beautiful!! There are places that constantly try to up-sell their services, as we all know. Well get this! Last time I visited Birds of Prey in their amazing new location, Tara told me I did not need to have my eyebrows touched
