My experience with Scott and his team has been nothing but wonderful. They have the best rates I've been able to find and cater to your specific needs. They offer incentives for further discounts and everyone is very knowledgeable. I work with Deirdre frequently and she has really put in the effort to sign me up for policies that will provide me the best rate. The best part about Scott's State Farm is that you do build relationships with the agents so they truly have your best interest at heart and they learn about your account and needs.

I always have a well orchestrated and professional experience when I contact Scott Ralston’s customer service. In my opinion, Insurance can be a fickle and complicated concept. In my past experiences with other insurances customer services I felt lost in a sea of people or less than, and I feel as though Scott Ralston’s customer service team takes time to hear AND understand what I need and help me fully understand what all steps and my options are so I never feel and never am, lost.
