Family owned and operated, our agents have over ninety years of combined experience providing friendly and knowledgeable service to our clients. Customer service is not a motto to us, it is who we are. You will not be greeted by an automated phone service when you call King and Brim, but an experienced agent ready to assist you with your insurance needs.
An amount equivalent to the fair market value of the stolen or damaged property immediately preceding the loss. For real property, this amount can be based on a determination of the fair market value of the property before and after the loss. For vehicles, this amount can be determined by local area private party sales and dealer quotations for comparable vehicles.

I used to be able to call my agent, King and Brim, directly, speak to my agent and typically get answers immediately. Now I'm routed to FL where they then send me to voicemail and no one calls back (it's been 2 days). I finally got the number to the local office but you have to know a name to get an extension through the phone system. My previous agent quit (wonder why) so I took a guess and input a few letters to see if it would work. Fortunately it did but the person who picked up at the local office could not find my account/policy and had to research and get back to me. She did call back with

Love these guys! I realize that's a odd thing to say about an insurance agency :)
I've been with King & Brim for quite some time now. Honestly, the best part is their personal service and never having to think twice about my renewal or shopping for better rates. Ever. They are on top of it without having to be asked once, much less over and over again (which was my experience at other places). Insurance can certainly be a confusing and frustrating business (at least for me) but the team (especially Shelby Hayes!) is always patient with me and makes sure I understand my coverage's and options.
