Brad Cohan is the Owner operator of Brad's Pressure Washing, Inc. and established the highly sought after business in 2003. Brad is a Florida native that was born and raised in Fort Myers and now resides in North Port with his wife Amy, of eight years and daughter Hailee. The Cohan's have two Dogs, a Boxer and a Black Lab.

A google search brought me to Brads company a couple weeks ago. He was the perfect mix of professional, responsive, and friendly over the phone. Even though we played phone tag a couple of times he was persistent and diligent in quoting my job. We had our curved driveway, front walkway, roof, gutters, and front porch pressure washed today and he did a wonderful job. He even took special care to make sure he didn’t destroy the integrity of our roof. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get the best value for their dollar.
