Kristine went above and beyond to help me find the best place for my mom! Not only was she professional but so kind and caring as well. She put in a lot of time and energy to help us and I can’t express how appreciative I am!! She was like a family member helping us to find the best solution for our mother!

We are so thankful for Stephanie who found Immanuel Village for us. We have found this faith-based community to be friendly and welcoming. Our apartment is perfect for our needs, and we enjoy the spacious balcony that overlooks the lovely garden and pond. Meals and community fellowship are superb. We highly recommend Stephanie with Bridge for Better Living for those needing retirement living.

Our greatest thanks to Kristine for her help and guidance in getting my sister and brother in law from Chicago placed in Lincoln. Moving 2 elders from a different state is no easy task to begin with and they each had different care needs. I have been a nurse in Lincoln for over 35 years and have alot of experience in case management but in the current healthcare culture there are too many variables in making decisions for the next level of care for your loved ones. If you don't have knowledge of who provides these levels of care ranging from assisted Living to skilled care and eventual hospice

Bridge to Better Living is amazing!! When I realized my dad needed more care than I could give from 100 miles away, I immediately contacted Bridge to Better Living. I am so thankful I’d heard about this service from a friend. Mary Ann and Kristine were so helpful. After taking time to listen and learn about my dad, his likes and needs, they skillfully guided me to choices that were a good fit. Kristine came with me to appointments and asked questions I had no idea I needed to ask. I can’t imagine doing this alone. This service is invaluable! If you are looking for independent or assisted living

Grateful for Bridge to Better Living! Good folks, especially Kristine Dykeman-Schoening who has given us some great advice during the last few weeks! My mom fell and broke her leg ten days before my daughter’s wedding—she has gone from hospital to rehab care for a few weeks and now at home needing visiting nurse care. Grateful we know some next steps and have a better idea of possibilities for the future. God bless Mary Ann Stallings for starting BBL in Lincoln and helping families with senior care.

Our real estate agent Karalyn Hoefer recommended bridges. We are very happy that she did so. Kristine was on top of everything. She met with us kids first and got our feedback, then met all of us with our mom. Then we got to work looking at a place for my mom. Within 2 days we found a place mom liked. Kristine made this experience and the decision to select the place so easy and almost enjoyable. I’d highly recommend using this service. Why go this alone when you can have someone who knows the process, the facilities, and costs you nothing out of pocket. Thanks Kristine!

We would like to thank A Bridge to Better Living for their assistance when we were looking for a different assisted living/memory care facility for our mother. They were very helpful in suggesting options that would work for her care and health requirements. They also gave us information on hospice care and made contacts for us. We would recommend them to anyone who would like assistance for family members who need care in a facility.
