I contacted Dixon to do a backflow test and repair a leak.
After they did the work they left without talking to me. They also obviously did NOT test their work after doing it.
I turned on the system and the leak was worse than before. Upon calling them, they argued with me that it wasn't possible instead of apologizing, but after some argument I got them to return.
They returned and spent several hours working on it again, and left.
AGAIN, when I turned on the system it was still leaking!
Twice they did work without testing it.

We have been a customer since day one and have never been disappointed!! When we need service for start-up or shut down it’s no problem, we have needed to have sprinkler heads moved or capped and they are always very accommodating!! They are great with working with your schedule and the prices are very reasonable actually they beat a lot of other companies prices!! If you pay early you get a discount too!!
