Quest Counseling

Individual counseling affords the therapist and client the ability to focus specifically on the client's struggles and goals. It is a very focussed and intentional approach. Individual counseling topics commonly covered: Anger, difficulty expressing emotions, relationship dissatisfaction, sexual issues, pornography struggles, work/family stress, depression, identity issues, substance abuse, and anxiety.

I am a Licensed Professional counselor and in 2012 opened my own private practice in Oklahoma, called Quest Counseling. I appreciate you visiting my site, I hope you find it helpful whether you are looking into counseling for yourself or a loved one.

In private practice my main focus is couples counseling, I also work with adults addressing depression, control, stress, anxiety, substance/alcohol abuse, sexual issues, spiritual struggles, pornography abuse and general unhappiness in life.I received my Bachelors degree from the University of Oklahoma and received my Masters in Counseling from Dallas Theological Seminary.

From there you will be guided to the client portal where you can confidentially input your information, fill out intake forms and view open appointment times. The client portal is completely secure, HIPPAA compliant and confidential. If you choose not to book through the client portal you can print and fill out the intake paperwork below.

Due to changes in the health care industry I have made some alterations to the process of fee collection and claim submission. It is important to note that this does not impact your out of pocket expense for therapy. Currently, I am an in network provider with Blue Cross Blue Shield and handle the process of claims submission and reimbursement in house with them.
