I would be the first to say.. I was surprised with my visit in the best way.
Most of the urgent care centers that my insurance covered closed at 4 or 6 and I was scrambling to find someone and they closed at 8.
When I got there, only one other person was is in the lobby. Just a note it's small inside plus they have seating blocked off due to COVID (Which I'm okay with).
The staff was nice at the front desk and the paper work wasn't that long.
I had another person in front of me , so I had to wait a bit in the exam room.
The PA ( I'm saying PA cause usually doctors say

Went here on a recommendation, glad I did.
There are a lot of these offsite urgent clinics and let me tell you this is the best I have been too, hands down, and I’m a picky person at that.
Staff is great, Doctor Solomon was terrific.
Clean, orderly. I see sone other comments that are negative and with my experience I just can’t see the other positions. I did have to fill a few questioners out, every medical place asks such. I'm gonna have to give 0 stars. Typical place where everyone's lazy, not very helpful and generally uninterested. They don't work efficiently and have no order; people that are behind you may get called before you like they did to me, and not because of appointments or anything like that. Multiple times they mess up.

Girl at the front was super rude and acted like I was an inconvenience when I was the only one there. Asked over and over again for self pay information and she kept dodging my question again acting like she was tired of being there - not my problem - I left and went to md now across the street where I was from the beginning treated with professional respect.

I've been going to this urgent care for about 4 years now with everything from the flu to a sprained ankle. They are always helpful, speedy and in a great mood whenever I'm there.
I never feel rushed, which is how I feel when I go to any of my family practitioner appointments. They take the time to ask me a ton of questions to get to the root of the problem.
I would definitely recommend this location, If you want fast service and a quick turnaround to your issue

I have been going to this place for at least 3 years and I have to say they are wonderful. Not only have I gone there I have taken my 92 year old mother as well. They are courteous and very thorough. I have never left review for any doctors or clinics but I feel like this place deserves it. 5 stars in my book.

I called for pricing for clearance for cosmetic surgery. The ladies in the office were very helpful and informative. I scheduled my appointment. I arrived office is very clean and the ladies are as nice in person as they are on the phone. Service was great and fast and price was what I was told over the phone. When I'm in town I will definitely come here if I need to again. Thank you again!

If there is no star I will do that...I came this morning to see a doctor if they can take care of the abscess I had and I have drained some of it already. They told me they can do it but after charge me $135 for it. They spend 3mins to tell me they can give me some antibiotic and they do not want to drain it because it might not be too much. And I spend 3 mins actually with a woman which I do not even know if that is a doctor for $135. Unacceptable, compare about the payment, they should consider the patience first especially. when people need medical help. Put the ads on the yelp do not help

I've been coming here for about 3-4 years. The staff is incredible. The wait time is minimal and the PAs and Dr. Solomon are WONDERFUL. I was waiting at one closer to my house and managed to drive there be seen and back before I would've in the other one. The PAs and Doctor are very efficient. And have always diagnosed me perfectly the first time. I have seen Steve, DR. Solomon and today I saw Victoria. I'd recommend all three. The nurses and front staff are also great. Overall, worth the 15 min drive for me anyway.

I came into this office and simply described my symptoms and was given a perception. Even after I ASKED the doctor to give me a test first he told me "no" and just prescribed me. Now 11 days later my symptoms have returned and they are trying to charge me another $135 for another visit. I am contacting better business beaureu because this has to fall under some sort of medical malpractice. You can't misdiagnos someone and and refuse to test them and then prescribe them medication. None of it make sense. I spoke to a Ms.Felisha and she was of no help, she basically insinuated I pay

Although the medical assistant was not friendly, everyone else were friendly and caring. The doctor was great! He smiled, listened to me, discussed my diagnosis with me and the plan of care. The solumedrol pack and Celebrex he prescribed have been easing the pain more than what the freestanding ER gave me. I will definitely go to MD Care instead of an ER if I'm in pain again.

My daughter went with insurance in hand and they charged her $375 for a physical that is covered by insurance. I called and they argued with me that it wasn't covered. They would not give me a refund. I had the insurance company call and inform them it was covered. I called back and asked for a refund, they would not until the insurance company paid, I asked if they filed claim they said yes. Called insurance company there was no claim. The Insurance Company called again, This time Urgent care stated, their computer did not send claim. Next call was computer error so they mailed it. So

I'm a little late with my review. On Thanksgiving Day, our 3 year old fell & required the obligatory stitches in the chin. We were at a relative's house & this appeared to be the closest place. Upon entering, the office was immaculate, I was covered in my little one's blood & the staff was fantastic. They immediately went into high gear to get our daughter taken care of.

JUST EXCELLENT: I have been a couple of times in there and I always leave from there with a big smile. All the nurses, the receptionist, the assistants and specially Dr Salomon are extremely professional, polite and educated.
Dr Salomon has been taking care of me very well, she listens everything I have to say, she really loves what she does, she is very patient and PROFESSIONAL, kind with all patients and no just that she gave me a call the day after I went to follow my case. Great stuff.
They really deserve 5 stars. I completely recommend it

The service here was amazing. I was brought back within minutes amd the Dr. Solomon spent time listening to my concerns and addressed each one with patience as well as educating me. By the time I left I felt more at ease and hopeful.
The next day the doctor personally called me and asked how I was and dicsussed my results.
If I ever need fast care in the future this is the only place I will go.
Highly recommend this urgent care.
